In these unprecedented times, we are trying to keep perspective on the most important things, and at the top of that list is the health and safety of our staff, our clients, and ourselves.  With this in mind, and in line with provincial and federal directives, masks are mandatory at our office, but we are still open for business and meetings.  We request if you are sick or if you have been in contact with anyone who has been exposed to the virus, we are taking the “better safe than sorry” approach and ask that we do our meeting via telephone, or MS Teams.   

Should you want to get your personal or corporate information into our office, understanding that it will not be addressed as quickly as it would under normal circumstances, we would invite you to upload it to our website, as suggested in our previous communication, at the link below:

If this is not an option we also have a mail slot at the front door to our office plus for the time being you can drop off information at the front desk, but we request you not try to enter the office if you are sick or been in contact with anyone who is potentially sick with the virus.

As a partner group, we are intending to remain engaged, and committed to continuing to communicate with our clients and staff, whether than be from our homes or offices.  If you have a corporate year-end or tax return in progress, we will try to stay in touch with you on these, but we do ask for your understanding should things take longer than normal as we work through this unprecedented time.
